What Is Cure?

C.U.RE. (Compassionate Utilization of REsources) is a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation formed in 1996 for charitable purposes.  Response to needs created by the April 1996 tornado in the Fort Smith, Arkansas, area resulted in the formation of C.U.RE. for continuing regional crisis or disaster relief, support of medical missions and other activities providing for those in need. C.U.RE. was formed to tangibly exhibit the Spirit and love of Jesus Christ, as portrayed in the New Testament, to our neighbors in need.C.U.RE. accepts financial and material contributions or donations useful for its support and relief efforts from individuals, businesses and organizations. It relies upon the volunteer efforts and services of individual Christians for the considerable hours required to pick up, load/unload, sort, pack, warehouse, administer, coordinate, deliver, distribute, etc., these materials.

If not us, WHO? If not now, WHEN?

CURE in Vilonia & Mayflower, AR

Posted by on May 6, 2014 under CURE, Front Page Announcements, Uncategorized

CURE (Compassionate Utilization of REsources) has made contact with distribution points in the Vilonia and Mayflower, AR areas, plus Baxter Springs, KS.  Specific needs have been identified and loaded from the CURE warehouse. Some of the items required purchase. The first delivery of disaster relief products was made April 30, 2014 by Richard Bullard to Baxter Spring, KS. The second delivery was made on May 1, 2014 by Don Wilson to the Vilonia, AR community.

CURE’s plan is to stay in contact with these distribution points and to continue to support them and provide to them with items they need to meet the needs of others.

Please continue to pray for our drivers and volunteers. There is not doubt that HIS power is working within them, because of the great achievements of service they provide to glorify God.

In Service to Him,
Mat Griffin
